A separate file is created for each customer based on the usage scenario, material requirements, and specific details of the roller blinds. The roller blinds are then sent to the customer for confirmation.
In-sales Service
- Raw materials are inspected by dedicated personnel upon arrival at the warehouse
- Production meetings are held where the sales department and technical department jointly brief the production department on order details and quality control points

After-sales Service
