Anti-theft Roller Shutter Doors

Futai is a Chinese factory specializing in the production and supply of anti-theft roller shutter doors. Our strengths lie in our extensive design and manufacturing experience and our commitment to integrity. This is why many of our long-standing customers refer new clients to us. Choose us because mutual benefit is our business philosophy. We look forward to cooperating with you.

Anti-theft roller shutter doors are typically composed of double-layered metal panels with a curved structure, making them stronger than flat panels. The guide rails on both sides usually have anti-pry grooves; when the roller shutter is closed, the panels connect with these grooves, preventing them from being pried open. The bottom beam has a lock hole that connects to a ground lock when the shutter is closed, preventing it from being lifted up.

Product Feature And Application

Anti-theft roller shutter doors have anti-pry, pressure-resistant, and alarm functions. How are these functions achieved? Multiple locks connect the door to the guide rails on both sides, and a lock at the bottom connects the door to the ground. Additionally, the door panels are made of thickened metal material. When the roller shutter is connected to an alarm system, an alarm will sound if the door panel is struck or pried open.Widely used in street-front shops, important warehouses, high-end residences, and other locations.

Production Details

When the anti-theft roller shutter door is closing, it should automatically stop if the lower edge of the door panel encounters a resistance of ≥100N. The door body should withstand a static upward axial tensile force of 2000N for 5 minutes, and the door panel should not experience a displacement greater than 30mm in the opening direction.
When the door panel is in the locked state and experiences a displacement of 15mm or more in the opening direction due to external force, it should emit a local audible and visual alarm.
