Production Details

1. Door Panel Structure: Made of 1.0mm thick double-layered interlocking galvanized steel plates, internally filled with 32kg/m³ high-density polyurethane foam, with a heat transfer coefficient K value ≤ 0.8W/(㎡·K). Nylon rollers are built into the curtain panel connections, resulting in a friction coefficient ≤ 0.03.
2. Guide Rail System: Aluminum alloy guide rails with a wall thickness of at least 2.0mm and a surface anodized film thickness of ≥ 15μm. High-molecular wear-resistant strips are pre-installed on the inner side of the guide rails, effectively reducing operating noise to below 62dB(A).
3. Motor Configuration: Worm gear motor with IP55 protection rating as standard, equipped with a temperature control protection device; tubular motor uses all-copper windings with F-class insulation.
4. Balancing System: Dynamic balance torsion spring assembly; each spring has undergone 100,000 fatigue tests. The spring wire diameter is precisely calculated and matched according to the door weight, with an error range of ≤ ±3%.
5. Anti-Pinch Device: Adjustable safety bottom edge sensitivity (response pressure 5-15N adjustable), response time < 0.3 seconds. Infrared light curtain with a detection distance of up to 8 meters and a beam spacing of ≤ 50mm.
6. Limit Accuracy: Uses absolute encoder positioning, equipped with mechanical limit + electronic limit dual protection.
